Hello friends, so how are you today? I have been feeling a bit down latest and when I do, I try to stay away from social media. Do you do this too?

Not sure why I have been feeling down, I also had the weekend off work but went nowhere, just mostly slept!

Not sure why I have been feeling down, but lots of things have been running through my mind lately. Maybe the guilt of the thoughts of wanting another dog, after losing Mollie a few months ago.

Also, not sure why I have been feeling down, But I have been sleeping loads. Did I say!

So today I plan to run, eat a healthy breakfast, go to work, go out shopping, and a late lunch out with my husband and son this afternoon and tick one thing off after another.

I think I need more me time!!

I am OK today but had a restless night last night. Something on my mind, so not much sleep.

So, I was going to run Park Run this morning but after not getting to sleep until 6 this morning, I was worn out at 8! I am planning to start running again though. As I really need some energy!
