Mollie and I love walkie’s. This week we have teamed up with PEDIGREE® to share a day in the life of Mollie The Border Collie. How sweet?

Best Friends: Having a dog is great. Mollie is always up for a run to keep us both fit and well. She is always willing to go for a stroll in the park. I often don’t have a chance to pop my shoes on and she is guaranteed to be at the front door. She is always up for a cuddle when I am feeling down and always happy to see me when I have been out and about.
Health Care For Dogs: Looking after a dog is pretty easy too. I like to walk her twice a day, make sure she gets enough food at dinner time and plenty of fresh water throughout the day. I brush her hair when she is moulting and keep her nice and clean after walkie’s. Lots of baths when she rolls in something unpleasant too!!
Dog Dental Care: One thing Mollie has never liked me to do though is brushing her teeth. A bit like my kids when they were younger then!!
As we all know dog dental care is very important so in the morning after walkie’s or after her dinner at night I like to treat her to a Pedigree DentaStix to keep her mouth nice and fresh.

A Day In The Life Of Mollie The Border Collie. Mollie love’s nothing more than walkie’s. We always go for walkie’s around twice a day for around 1hr + every time.
Mollie loves to run but when the weather is really warm we just go for a nice easy stroll before it gets too warm.
Now the Summer holidays are here and the Husband and Children are off work and school, we love to mix our walks up a bit and explore different places.

Off We Go: Ready Mollie? Somewhere new and different to explore. Lots of new smells for you today!
A Day In The Life Of Mollie The Border Collie:
A Walk Around The Nature Reserve: I am sharing a walk at a fun Nature Reserve. Such a beautiful place for a nature walk. Nice and quiet here, so a perfect laid back place to while away the hours. Lots of cool things to spot too.
Mollie Leading The Way: Mollie leading the way, as usual. She is the boss wherever we go. She loves nothing more than leading the way and taking me for a walk.
A Nice Sit Down: Tiring yourself out Mollie? When it is really warm Mollie likes to take a minute to get her breath back.
Off We Go Again: After a quick pull to get in front and let us know where we are going, she calms down and walks with the gang. Come on Mum, stop taking photos!!
Relax Watching Nature: It was such a warm day so we had a nice relaxing walk around and exploring. It may have been hot but that did not stop the bees from working hard.
Time For A Pit Stop: Right Mum, done now. Can we go back to the car for a nice cold drink!?

A great afternoon had by all. We had a lovely walk around the Nature Reserve and then all went home for dinner and treats.

Oh she is so beautiful! We had a border collie but sadly after 14yrs he passed away last year, we still miss him dearly! He used these Dentasix and they are great for doggy dental hygine

I would have to agree that having a dog is great though taking care is easy yet it is a huge responsibility. We have to keep in mind that it is a lifetime commitment.
