Do You Want To Build A Snowman: What I Wore

Do You Want To Build A Snowman: What I Wore. Hello friends. Happy Friday. Yesterday we woke up to snow. Lots and lots of snow!!

We rarely get snow much, nowadays. As soon as the snow arrives, it usually gets rained away.

Last year we got no snow at all, so it was nice to see the snow arrive and settle for a change.

Do You Want To Build A Snowman: What I Wore:

I love to see the bright fresh white snow around but it soon gets mucked up, when people walk on it.

It’s when it freezes and turns to ice, that’s when I don’t like it. I don’t like it when I work evenings, too!! That means I have to walk home as I’m not going to drive in it.

Christmas Tree

It’s starting to look a bit like Christmas out there. It is funny how every year we wish for snow on Christmas Day and never get it.

This is how I always imagine Christmas day to be as we always had snow at Christmas when I was a child.

Meet Our Snowman. We Named Him Jeepers:

Every year when it snows, we go for a walk. Just my daughter and I. A few years ago my daughter made a snowman. She looked down at the snowman at the time and screamed. It freaked her out. She named him Jeepers.

She wanted to cry but we couldn’t stop laughing. He scared her. So every year since we have to make another jeepers!! Now he doesn’t scare her, he just makes us laugh.

Good old Jeepers!! Brightened up another lockdown day!! Did you get some snow?

Now I’ve got snow envy. If there is any snow in my area, it’s at least a 2-hour drive away. I can recall one winter when my kids were little and it snowed while we were visited with relatives in New Jersey. They didn’t know what to make of it and they were a little freaked out to be outside as it was happening. LOL

Oh wow, I can imagine it must be scary if you had never seen it. When I grew up we got it deep every year but now it is a rare thing. Thanks for stopping by and hosting the link up.

What a funny story! The snow looks beautiful and am getting pretty disappointed that we haven’t had any yet. There is still a chance as we have gotten snow at few times in February so we shall see.

I love your snowman building outfit! We haven’t had snow on Christmas in ages; we even got a huge storm just a few days before Christmas this year and thought we might finally have a white Christmas but then it warmed right up and began raining.

Oh no, I keep dreaming of a white Christmas but never happens
