A Fun Tea Date With Wallace

Dreaming Of Summer: A Fun Tea Date With Wallace. Happy Monday, friends. So how are you today?

It is so cold around here, lately. Not to mention how bad the wind has been. It has even blown our recycling bin over and broken the lid!!

We are going to try and glue the lid back on it. Recycling it, ha!!

Thankfully Murphy does not go out in the evening much but he did seem to just gaze at the stars and wonder what the rain is, yesterday.

Bless him, he is so funny to watch. Puppies are so adorable.

He makes me laugh at how close he has to be, all of the time. You can not walk anywhere without checking if he is behind you or not. Which he will be!

Dreaming Of Summer: A Fun Tea Date With Wallace:

So today I am sharing some old post love from August a few years ago. I remember wearing this outfit and being too hot! Now I team it up with cosy tights, boots and a thick Winter coat!!

These photos were taken in Bristol when we went to visit our son. We have been wanting to go back for a few years now, but with covid around, travelling has been limited for all of us.

You Might Like The Original Post Here: Wow it has been a few weeks since I last posted on here. So much has been happening. First I was looking for a new job then got an interview and same day got the job.

Then we decided to rip the carpet up and try to laminate the room floor a few days before I started my new job. (Husband and eldest Son did a great job there). Then I have been getting into my 2 jobs routine. All good though. Meeting Wallace.

Wallace and Gromit in Bristol 2018. So, because we can’t go today, I’m posting a Way Back Wednesday piece from September 2018 on a trip to Bristol.

Believe it or not, my second oldest son resides in Bristol, and we haven’t been to see him since these images were shot. It was hard to visit without making plans with two younger children and a dog at home. We made arrangements last year, then COVID intervened.

Fortunately, he has returned home twice in the last two years. So we were able to get a glimpse of him. So we had a nice Skype catch-up today, and perhaps we’ll get to see him again this year. Secondly, Christmas Street In Bristol: UK Fashion And Travel Blog.

I’d want to share a few things with you. Today is a Christmas-y day! You know how much I like everything about Christmas, and every time I see these photographs, it reminds me of how amazing it truly is. Consider what it would be like to live on Christmas Street all year. Christmas Street In Bristol: UK Fashion And Travel Blog.

Thirdly, Bristol Cathedral: Wordless Wednesday Link Up. I am dying to go travelling again but it is just too cold at the minute to go too far. Today I am sharing some photos from a trip to Bristol. I love this photo above of Raja Ram Mohan Roy in front of the Cathedral with a pigeon on his head! Bristol Cathedral.

Fourthly, Street Art In Bristol: Cool Street Art And Graffiti:

The city of Bristol is known for its street art. It contains some incredible works of street art by well-known graffiti artists such as Banksy and others.

You know me, I took a lot of pictures of it, and I thought I’d share some of them with you today. I’m not sure who the artist is who created these, but they’re incredible!

This photo of my husband photographing the street art under the archway is one of my favourites. Street Art In Bristol: Cool Street Art And Graffiti.

Fifthly, The Wensleydale Kid: Gromit Unleashed 2.

The Wensleydale Kid was near the Clifton Observatory. This sculpture is The Wensleydale Kid and reminds me so much of Woody. How sweet is he?

So I am sharing a few photos from our visit to Bristol a few weeks ago and another Wallace I spotted from the  Gromit Unleashed 2 trails. The Wensleydale Kid: Gromit Unleashed 2.

Last But Not Least, Wallace.

Happy Friday Claire! Your sweater is the cutest. It has been so cold lately and this summery flashback did the trick to warming up because looking ahead, it is almost the end of February which means we are that much closer to Spring. Yay! Wishing you a fabulous weekend with your family. See you next week!
