Five On Friday..

I can not believe the children break up from school today for a weeks holiday!!

How quickly has this half term come around!?

One minute they are back to school the next they are on holiday again.

Not complaining though, I love having them at home with me.

Been a funny week, from it chucking it down with rain on Saturday {my sons race day} to being lovely and sunny yesterday.

Here are my favourite Five On Friday photos this week:

1.) Mud:

How muddy was it Saturday?

When we set off to watch my son race it was lovely and dry.

By the time we got to where my son was racing it did nothing but rain!!

We all go muddy and very wet.

Not a day we will forget in a hurry.

Look at poor little Mollie.

I just wanted to scoop her up and cuddle her. Guess who had a bath when she got home?

2.) Call My Number? Call Me Maybe?

Love this photo outside the old red phone box.

Mollie the Collie was more interested in watching the car move around than posing for pictures in the rain!

3.) Trying To Smile:

In all that mud and rain!! My son a little muddy after his race.

You can imagine how muddy all 5 of us, 6 including the dog were when we got home!

4.) Cookie Monsters:

Sunday was a much better day.

Lots of yummy baking Valentines recipe post.

We all love cookies here and I am the biggest cookie monster out of us all.

5.) Yummy pancakes:

Talking about yummy food, how many pancakes did you eat? I only had 2 for breakfast. We were going to make more for supper but we forgot…

Well done to all of you for enduring the rain last Saturday to support your son's race. I can only imagine how much washing there was when you all arrived home!#PoCoLo

It is a weird week weather wise! I think we had wee bit ice dusting, rain, sunshine, wind and storm here too so a school break is very much welcomed here as well =) #pocolo

Oh gosh it did look muddy! The weather was awful wasn't it? At least you got to enjoy some yummy baking though! 😉 My two had 2 pancakes each but I didn't have any, still trying to shift some weight. Thanks for linking to #PoCoLo. xx

Well, you have to have the first pancake as a test don't you? And then you have to keep going until all the batter is used !! Thanks for linking up to #PoCoLo x
