How To Make A Green Machine Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Linwoods Milled Chia Seed
4 ice cubes
100ml coconut water
1 small pear
Large handful of spinach
70g fresh parsley
Large handful of kale
2 celery stalks
1/3 cucumber
1 inch raw/fresh turmeric
1 tablespoon wheatgrass (or other greens powder)
Top With:
Linwoods Milled Flaxseed, Chia Seed, Apple and Cinnamon
1⁄2 celery stalk 2 slices of cucumber
How To Make:
Blend all ingredients together and serve in a glass.
Drink straight away. Enjoy.
