This heavenly creation starts with a biscuit crust, providing the perfect foundation for the luscious filling.

The filling typically consists of a velvety blend of ricotta cheese, sweetened with sugar and flavoured with hints of extracts.

Folded into this decadent mixture are miniature chocolate chips, adding bursts of cocoa goodness with every bite.

Once assembled, the pie is chilled to perfection, allowing the flavours to meld together harmoniously.

Garnished with a drizzle of chocolate, around the edges of the pie then sprinkle over the remaining pistachios.

A cannoli pie is a true celebration of Italian culinary tradition, offering a delightful symphony of textures and tastes that will enchant any dessert lover’s palate.
