Serves: 8 | Prep time: 10 mins

What You Will Need:

  • 200g BerryWorld raspberries
  • 600ml red wine (merlot is perfect)
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 400ml lemonade

To Serve:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • Raspberries
  • Ice

How To Make Halloween Spook-gria: How Spooky?

A blood-curdling good recipe to tempt your Halloween party guests with.

  1. Firstly, blend the raspberries in a food processor to a puree and pass through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  2. Mix the puree with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cut the apple and orange into thin, long ‘worms’ using a channelling knife if you have one or a vegetable peeler.
  4. Add the fruity worms to the Sangria along with ice cubes and raspberry ‘brains’. Serve immediately.

Note: Prepare ahead by combining the raspberry puree, orange juice and wine and storing in the fridge. Then add the lemonade and mix well when you’re ready to serve.
