How To Make Peppermint Vodka:

Infuse for 2-3 weeks. This all-season star livens up wintry mugs of hot chocolate and even adds zing to summer refreshers – if you can make it last that long.

Makes: about 850ml

Ingredients:

  • 700ml Unflavoured Vodka
  • 125g mint imperials
  • 3-4 drops green food colouring

Method:

  1. Firstly, mix all the ingredients together and pour into a Large Kilner Jar or wide-necked bottle. Seal and leave to infuse for 2-3 weeks, shaking the jar every so often until all the mints have dissolved.
  2. Strain and decant into pretty bottles, and serve with festive candy.
