Stripy Jumpsuit And Avoiding The Camera:

Styling A Miss Selfridges Jumpsuit. So I have been avoiding the camera over the last few months as I know I have gain weight and honestly am starting to feel old. I can not believe how quickly the years go by and if you blink you really do miss them.

I still think of me as younger until I get up in pain or try to pop on my favourite dresses and they have shrunk! Looking in the mirror sometimes really does make me jump, ha!

More Exercise Planned. Styling A Miss Selfridges Jumpsuit. I know I am not getting any younger though so I need to start taking more care of myself and what exercise I do and food I put in my body. Also here I am doing what I love best, talking about outfit and sharing the clothes I love.

Believe it or not this is what my blog was set out to be about 9 years ago but it got a bit sidetracked along the way. Food, yummy food may have taken it over for a while now.

I am also loving trying to get myself fit again and this week I need to work on my diet. Having a big meal out with my Husband, Son and his girlfriend wasn’t a perfect start but it was a good food bing before my diet starts today.

No Pain No Pain:

I have just recovered from the effects of my first spinning class in a long long time on Friday morning. This must mean I am ready to go again. Eek. No pain no gain.

How do you make a jumpsuit look good? Try adding a belt to it.

What I Wore: Jumpsuit: Miss Selfridges | Sandals: Shoe Zone

I love to wear a jumpsuit. A jumpsuit can be styled in a variety of ways to achieve a classy and elegant look. Here are some styling suggestions for a jumpsuit:

Firstly, Add A Belt. A belt may help define your waist and give your jumpsuit a more fitting appearance. Depending on your clothing, you can go for a statement belt or a straightforward, traditional one.

Secondly, Add A Outer Layer. A blazer or jacket over a jumpsuit can give your look a dash of professionalism and class. For a more laid-back appearance, try wearing your jumpsuit with a fitted blazer or a denim jacket. I love a denim jacket with a jumpsuit.

Thirdly, Add Your Favourite Footwear. Select the appropriate footwear. Wear what you love. Your choice of shoes can have a significant impact on how your jumpsuit appears as a whole. I love wearing sandals with mine or trainers.

Styling A Miss Selfridges Jumpsuit:

Fourthly, Add Jewellery. Statement jewellery should be worn with a jumpsuit because accessories can completely change the look of an outfit. A striking necklace, pair of earrings, or bracelet may inject some colour and character into your outfit.

Fifth, Try A Few Different Styles To Get Your Perfect Fit. Try out several looks. Jumpsuits are available in a range of looks, including strapless, halter, and off-the-shoulder. Try out many looks to determine which one best complements your body type and sense of style. Remember that having fun and experimenting with various looks can help you style a jumpsuit just right for you.

Have a great bank Holiday Monday everyone, I will think of you enjoying yourselfs whiles I am at work!! Only 5 hours though so not out for too long.

It’s funny how some days we feel older just because of our appearance. Yet our minds are still young, and I feel like we can trick it by being a little rebellious with our clothing choices at times.
Like this jumpsuit…it’s so modern and fresh!! I’m seeing them everywhere and even though I have 2, I want more!!
And I especially love the pop of red with your purse. It seems fresh!!

Thanks Jodi, aww yes. I am so with you on this one πŸ™‚

Nice stripes Claire and cute bag! I shouldn’t beat yourself up too much about Instagram or not feeling good about yourself. We all feel like that from time to time! Your blog is hugely successful and your photography is great. A lot of brands are moving away from Instagram (Lush for eg) and it’s discredited with so many “influencers” having bought their following. I do it because I enjoy the community of women, but it doesn’t grow my traffic.

Thanks Gail. I do get down sometime but I do love blogging πŸ™‚
