Juneathon: Could You Run Everyday Throughout June?
Have you heard of Juneathon?
A challenge to run every day throughout June?
I have only Just heard about this from Penny over at The Alexander Residence. Here I have copied the rules from Juneathon so I would remember and get it right for me and to share it with you, if you want to join in the fun too?
Rules Of JUNEATHON
In the words of themselves:
Rules? We prefer to think of them as guidelines.
Juneathon is, after all, (to quote Highway Kind) ‘an annual festival of activity and excuses’, so there aren’t really any rules as such, but, it’s nice to have a few guidelines.
So Here They Are:
Run or do some form of exercise every day.
Blog about it within 24 hours.
Join the Juneathon group at the Running Free website and log your runs/exercise.
Visit other blogs and leave comments, giving your support.
Link to the Juneathon website and display the ‘Juneathon Participant’ logo (above).
And that’s about it really. Simple, huh?
Juneathon: Could You Run Everyday Throughout June?
This is a great idea for me as I sometime am lazy with my training and do not know what to blog about!! So it covers me for the next month also I figured if I start late I can always finish on the 8th July as another year is a long time to wait.

In Other News:
Sorry I have not posted for a few day how time flies.
Have loads to post about but very little time at the minute.
Trying to get fit with a large family and blogging it takes over all my free time but I so need to get a routine sorted out.
Had a lovely day out with my daughters class yesterday to Nottingham castle.
