Kiwi Berry Smoothie : Creative Mondays Blog Hop..

What is your favourite ones?

Here is my Kiwi Berry Smoothie…

You will need:

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 100g Strawberries
  • 50g Frozen blackberries
  • 50g Frozen cherries
  • 100ml Skimmed milk
  • 1 small 55g pot Raspberry fromage frais yogurt

Method:

  1. Peel and chop the kiwi, place in the blender.
  2. Wash, hull, chop the strawberries and add them to the blender.
  3. Pour the blackberries and cherry’s in.
  4. Spoon the yogurt in.
  5. Add the milk.
  6. Blitz for around a minute until all mixed up and smooth.
