Let Us Dance In The Sun, Wearing Wild Flowers In Our Hair. Hello friends. Happy Sunday.
Another beautiful day. It was a shame to be at work today because it has been so lovely.
I really do not like working weekends (Especially when it is as nice as it has been today!!) but when you work in retail it is hard to get weekends off work.
So I am lucky that I only work every other weekend.
Love today’s quote of the day. Let Us Dance In The Sun, Wearing Wild Flowers In Our Hair, it creates a vivid and enchanting image of freedom and joy, reminiscent of a time when life was simpler and nature was our playground.
Let Us Dance In The Sun, Wearing Wild Flowers In Our Hair:
I have been on my feet all day at work so it is nice to sit down now and do a little blogging!!
I have the room window open and there is a nice breeze coming in. The local DJ has just played half an hour music from his doorstep for everyone to hear, which was lovely to listen to.
I wonder if he stops this every Sunday evening once lock-down is over? I could hear lots of people clapping once it had finished. It sounds like he has a nice fan club out there now.

Let Us Dance In The Sun, Wearing Wild Flowers In Our Hair:
One thing I love to do every Spring and Summer is take a lot of flower photos.
One thing I’ve missed in lock-down, so much. So it is really nice now getting out and about on my runs and taking some photos.
Daisy, Daisy:
Daisy, Daisy give me your heart to do.
I’m half crazy, hopeful in love with you.
It won’t be a stylish marriage.
I can’t afford the carriage.
But you look sweet upon the street.
On a bicycle built for two.

How pretty are these large white daisies I manage to captured on a run around Gedling Country Park a few days ago?
I love to get out in nature and take some beautiful flower photos.
Do you too?

I don’t envy you having to work any weekends with our current weather Claire. We have been truly blessed with this weather during lockdown. It would have been so much harder if the weather had been bad. Here’s to getting back to normal soon. Lovely flowers xx

The weather has been amazing hasn’t it Laurie. Yes I agree. It would have been so much harder with depressing weather.
