Mango And Pineapple Ice Cream

How To Make Mango And Pineapple Ice Cream:

Serves 6


How To Make:

  1. heaDrain the fruit, reserving the juice.
  2. Place the fruit in a blender with 100mls of the reserved juice and puree until smooth.
  3. Save the remaining juice to use in a smoothie
  4. Add coconut milk and sweetener and blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn until thick and creamy.
  6. Transfer to the freezer.
  7. Serve with slices of mango and toasted coconut.
