My Everyday Smoothie…

Happy Saturday. Love smoothies for breakfast?

I do.

After my morning run, I like to make myself a nice and tasty smoothie. I love making smoothies after a hard workout or run. Replaces some of the lost energy.

At the minute I love adding low-fat natural yogurt into my breakfast treat. It makes them taste creamier and without being fatty.

I almost always add banana and peanut butter to my smoothies.

My Everyday Smoothie:

Serves 1


  • 2 bananas ( ripe ones taste sweeter )
  • 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter or 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread.
  • 100ml Skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of low-fat natural yogurt 


  1. Peel and chop the bananas.
  2. Add all of the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender.
  3. Blitz the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Serve straight away.
