What is National Pigs In Blankets Day? On April the 24, we celebrate National Pigs in a Blanket Day. A celebration honouring one of our favourite comfort foods, the pork sausage. Often cooked in pastry. Alternatively, we can wrap them with bacon, as we do in the UK. With just a few items, you can celebrate National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day. So what method do you use to eat your pigs in blankets? Will you be eating any today? We prefer them with bacon but only really have them for Christmas and New years dinner.
