Newstead Abby Waterfall. What a beautiful view?
Newstead Abby Waterfall:
So today my photos this week are taking near a stunning waterfall in the beautiful Newstead Abby. Such a beautiful place to go for the day.
The Newstead Abbey Waterfall is in the English county of Nottinghamshire. The waterfall is located in the grounds of Newstead Abbey, a historic home and estate.
The Japanese Garden, which was built by the author Lord Byron’s father, contains the waterfall. It is a created waterfall that empties into a pond and is encircled by beautiful greenery and stone sculptures.
We have had many a fun days out here including a race, sight seeing and plenty of bike rides. Such a stunning place to take photos. So many fun memories.
Did you know you can also go behind the waterfall into the stone building behind. Makes more amazing photos. Take a look below.
