Hello friends, happy Thursday. So how are you today?

Sometimes the thoughts of salad for lunch sounds boring. So to make it more fun I like to jazz it up a little. 

Here is also a fun idea and some more recipe ideas below. This is how I have severed my lunch up before. No More Boring Salads Here!!

Serves 1

You Will Need:

  • A small muffin baking tray

No More Boring Salads Ingredients:

Whether you’re a seasoned salad lover or a skeptic, get ready to discover a whole new world of delicious possibilities in the realm of leafy greens. Your taste buds are in for a treat.

Ingredients:

  • 3 celery sticks
  • 2 heaped spoonfuls of hummus
  • 6 plum cherry tomatoes
  • 8 slices of cucumber
  • Handful of strong grated cheese
  • Handful of chopped lettuce
  • Handful of rocket

To Serve:

  • 2-4 of your favourite crackers to make it filling

How To Make A No More Boring Salads:

Method:

  1. Firstly, get a muffin tray ready to use. Wash and cut top and bottoms of 3 celery sticks, cut in half, add to try.
  2. Add 2 heaped spoonfuls of hummus in on hole.
  3. Wash and chop 8 slices of cucumber, add to another hole in tray. Add a big handful of washed and chopped lettuce to another hole and wash 6 plum cherry tomatoes for another slot in the tray.
  4. Grate a big handful of strong cheese, add to try and decorate with a handful of rocket.
  5. Serve with a few of your favourite crackers. Last but not least, enjoy!
