How To Make Nut Butter Vanilla Breakfast Smoothie:

(Gluten and Dairy Free)

Serves: 1 (makes 400ml)

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

What You Need:

1 banana

2 tbsp Meridian coconut & peanut butter

250ml almond milk

2 tbsp oats

1 tsp chia seeds

Seeds scraped from half a vanilla pod

What You Do:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Chill and serve topped with extra chia seeds.
