In a few weeks my 2nd son will leave home and go off to uni.
Does it get any easier when the 2nd one goes, I ask myself!?!
I was so upset when my first son went to uni 2 years ago, I even wrote a piece in the Nottingham Post.
Last Thursdays he got his exam results.
He did great.
3A’s in business chemistry and biology.
Also got offered a place at the uni he wanted on the same day. What a day.
Another one to soon fly the nest. I am just hoping I am not so upset I will be crying in the street again, like I did when my eldest went!?!
Bet I will though..
Well done to him
Aww good luck to him! Such an exciting time.
I cannot believe your second son is in UNI! Wow. I think it would be weird for me. He looks great though. Cheers!
I don't think it gets any easier! My second one doesn't go for a few more years though!
Congrats on getting another one successfully out the door 🙂 It never gets any easier!
Aww! I feel for you! I think I'm having much more difficulty with all of the "milestones" on the 2nd and 3rd times around! Congratulations to them on their accomplishments–and a hand to you for keeping it all together!
Congratulations!! & thank you for the blog hop!
What is uni? College? Good luck to him. Thanks for linking up at the Talbert Zoo. Have a great week.
You look young enough to be going off to college yourself, much less have a second son!
He looks so grown up! I dont think I will ever get ready for this!
Eek! I can't even imagine how hard that will be!! And what an awesome shot of him!Hope you'll stop in!
very nice shot, nice edit and nice young man.
Thanks a lot, Clairejustine, for your kind comment on my latest blog post. The photograph shows your son??? For a moment I thought it's your spouse… ;-)When did you take your profile photo??? ;-))All the best from Germany,Uwe.
Mom to Mum….cry if you want! 🙂 I've had 2 take off to university and I still have 3 to go. Not sure it ever gets easier. 🙂 I know you're proud of them. Have a great day Claire!
He looks so grown up! I have a feeling he will do well at uni but I still wish him the best and hope the transition isn't too hard on either of you.
Congratulations to your handsome son. Oh yes, we hate them to leave the nest, cause it's the idea lo be left alone as parents.I wish your son the best in his future life and many blessings to him, Clairejustine.Thank you for the party too.FABBY
I won't take the bet; my mom used to say that crying cleanses the soul. Congrats on the college years.
