Outside Gym Anyone?
I love how lots of the council parks are encouraging everyone to get fit with these free outdoor gyms.
There is no better feeling that getting outside and having fun in the fresh air.
This one is at Sutton Lawns which we got to visit twice in the summer holidays.

We have similar at our park, great for those that don't want to pay for the gym! :)Gym in Panchkula

We've got a couple of parks like that in our area, seem to have been set up by a sports company, I forget which one. Lovely photos, looks like you all had a good work out.Popping over from Country Kids

My kids went on one of these on holiday a few years back and just loved it! They are a great idea though I am sure they are built for adults and just used by children! Yours look like they are enjoying their keep fit too. Thanks for sharing, I hope we get one in Cornwall soon too!
Thanks for stopping by,yes I bet the kids use it more,for me it's a bit to out in the open I don't like to think everyone could see me working out unless there was lots of use ha 🙂
