As it is Parfait Day I thought I would share a few recipes you can adapt for the day.
Traditional Parfait layer up the fruit, cream and nuts in glasses to make a yummy treat.

1.) Crispy Crunch Fruity Snack:
This tasted amazing.
Me and the children loved making these up.
We layered our favourite crispy crunch cereals up with natural yoghurt, strawberries, banana, and pineapple. It was delicious!

2.) Granola Parfaits With Strawberries.
A glass Mason jar filled with Granola, Greek Yogurt, Blueberries and Strawberries make such a tasty and yummy breakfast, brunch or afternoon snack. Deliciousness in a jar!
Sometimes I like to make them up, put the lid on them and have them when I have come back in from a run when the yoghurt has soaked into the granola. Quicker to eat them too.

3.) Granola And Fruit Breakfast:
A yummy granola and fruit breakfast. I usually like a Weetabix, muesli or granola topped up with fruit for breakfast before my run, walks with Mollie The Border Collie or a trip to the gym.
It gives me a little energy boost!! Sometimes I like them with milk, other times natural yoghurt. Depending on my mood!

5.) Raspberry Breakfast Yoghurt:
I love granola or muesli with natural yoghurt and jam for breakfast or as a mid-morning treat.
They especially look so good when the ingredients are layered up in a recycled empty jam jar so you can see it all rather than a bowl.

7.) Blueberry Bircher Muesli:
Blueberry Bircher muesli. Overnight Oatmeal.
First developed by a Swiss doctor back in the 1890’s, this easy, super healthy breakfast can be mixed together the night before, then left in the fridge to soak in a plastic container or smaller individual ones if that suits you better.
Stir in grated apple and top generously with blueberries, honey and nuts and you’re good to go.

8.) Strawberry And Raspberry Ripple:
Make up the strawberry swirled meringues and fruit puree the day before, then just layer with whipped cream and extra fruit in recycled jam jars and screw on the lids, take out to the garden in a basket or pack into a cool box for a picnic pud.
