Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie..

I made this yummy smoothie today after my run to the park with Mollie the Border Collie.

Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie:


Ingredients:

  • 2 Medium bananas
  • 1 Teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 Teaspoon of strawberry jam
  • 100ml Semi-skimmed milk

 

Method:

  1. Peel the banana’s and chop into slices.
  2. Pop the banana, peanut butter, strawberry jam and semi-skimmed milk into a smoothie maker or blender.
  3. Blitz until nice and smooth.
  4. Serve straight away.
