I made this yummy smoothie today after my run to the park with Mollie the Border Collie.
Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 2 Medium bananas
- 1 Teaspoon of peanut butter
- 1 Teaspoon of strawberry jam
- 100ml Semi-skimmed milk
Method:
- Peel the banana’s and chop into slices.
- Pop the banana, peanut butter, strawberry jam and semi-skimmed milk into a smoothie maker or blender.
- Blitz until nice and smooth.
- Serve straight away.
