Today I am sharing a yummy and healthy Pistachio, raspberry and blueberry smoothie bowl from American Pistachios.
This recipe has been designed to help with weight loss developed by a nutritionist.

How To Make A Pistachio, Raspberry And Blueberry Smoothie Bowl:
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 100mls 0% Greek yogurt
- 100mls skimmed milk
- 25g raspberries
- 2tbsp porridge oats
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 25g blueberries
- 15g shelled pistachio, roughly chopped
- 25g pomegranate seeds
How to Make:
- Place the yogurt, milk, raspberries, oats and honey in a blender and blitz for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- Arrange the blueberries, pomegranate seeds and pistachios over the surface in whatever pattern you wish and eat immediately.
Per serving:
- 300cals, 9g fat, 1g saturated fat, 20g protein, 4g fibre, 34g carbohydrate, 20g sugar, 0.2g salt
