This protein-packed creamy smoothie is great for refuelling your body post workout.

Serves: 1

Prep time – 1 minute
Blending time – 2 minutes

How To Make A Post-Workout Protein Smoothie:

What you need:

2 Medjool dates

2 frozen bananas

2 tbsp Sevenhills Wholefoods organic raw hemp protein powder

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp of raw honey

1/2 tsp of vanilla

350ml almond milk

Big handful of spinach

SPINACH

What You Do:

Pit the dates then blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
