Post-Workout Protein Smoothie by Deliciously Ella:

This protein-packed creamy smoothie is great for refuelling your body post workout.

Serves: 1

Prep time – 1 minute
Blending time – 2 minutes

How To Make A Post-Workout Protein Smoothie:

What You Need:

2 Medjool dates

1 tbsp almond butter

2 frozen bananas

1 tsp of raw honey

2 tbsp Sevenhills Wholefoods organic raw hemp protein powder

1/2 tsp of vanilla

350ml almond milk

Big handful of spinach

What You Do:

Firstly, pit the dates then blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

    I think I"m going to have to google Medjool dates, not sure what they are or where you can get them. Looks like a healthy smoothie! We need more smoothies like that 🙂

      Spinach is great in smoothies Keely, plus you don't really notice the taste so you get lots of good vitimins in 🙂

    I have work-outs 3-4 times a week and always have a smoothie after but they are all simple smoothies so I am looking forwarding to trying this.
