Post-Workout Protein Smoothie by Deliciously Ella:

This protein-packed creamy smoothie is great for refuelling your body post workout.

Serves: 1

Prep time – 1 minute
Blending time – 2 minutes

How To Make A Post-Workout Protein Smoothie:

What You Need:

  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp of raw honey
  • 2 tbsp Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Raw Hemp Protein Powder*
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 350ml almond milk
  • Big handful of spinach

What You Do:

  1. Firstly, pit the dates then blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

    I have work-outs 3-4 times a week and always have a smoothie after but they are all simple smoothies so I am looking forwarding to trying this.

      Spinach is great in smoothies Keely, plus you don't really notice the taste so you get lots of good vitimins in 🙂
