Can you cook lentils or beans in this pressure cooker?

I am not sure as I have never tried to cook these. I would tweet or email @pressurekingpro as they would know best 🙂
I purchased the 6L pressure king pro and found the cooking times stated in advert on the TV to be way out, rice pudding took 27 minutes instead of the 12 minutes it says in the recipe book, also done a leg of lamb which states 35 minutes and took 90 minutes till tender, yes it's good but the cooking times are way out.
