What truly sets this mocktail apart is its garnish of a fresh rosemary sprig and a few plump cranberries, in a marshmallow reminiscent of Rudolph’s famous red nose.

It’s a visually appealing and delicious choice for those looking to enjoy a seasonal beverage without alcohol.

Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail is a true crowd-pleaser, bringing a taste of holiday cheer to every sip, making it a wonderful addition to any festive gathering.

How To Make:

What You Will Need:

For The Cranberry Syrup:

  • 300g cranberries
  • 100ml water
  • 100g sugar

The Decoration:

  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Marshmallows
  • Cloves
  • Cocktail sticks
  • Cranberries

For The Drink:

  • Elderflower presse

How To Make Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail:

Method:

  1. Firstly, heat the cranberries, water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. Secondly, once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.
  3. Thirdly, prepare the Rudolph’s heads Insert two cloves as eyes.
  4. Fourthly, use two rosemary sprig as antlers.
  5. The used half a cocktail stick to fix a cranberry nose.
  6. Add two tablespoons of syrup, extra crushed rosemary and ice in each glass. Pour over the elderflower presse.
  7. Last but not least, place Rudolph in glass to decorate.

You can add more syrup if you like, to taste. The Elderflower Presse used in this recipe is sparkling so the bubbles will come from the fizz.
