Can you imagine how I felt when I got to the park and just happened to look down at my feet?
My body sank, and I felt quite silly for the moment! I found myself running around the park, looking for people so I could avoid them.
Silly really as they may not have noticed. Especially if I picked up the pace and didn’t have my feet together for long.
