Santa’s Little Helper And Sparkling Peppermint Swirl Holiday Cocktails:
Are you counting down the days until Christmas? Are you also planning any Christmas get-togethers?
So maybe you are looking for any Christmas cocktail recipes to serve up at your Christmas parties?
Today I have two fun Vodka recipes to share with you:
Santa’s Little Helper:
Serves 1 but is easily multiplied
Ingredients:
3 oz. (approx. 90ml) Sparkling ICE Black Raspberry
1 ½ oz. (approx. 45ml) Vodka
½ oz. (approx. 15ml) Chambord
½ oz. (approx. 15ml) Pineapple juice
Directions:
Firstly, combine vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
Secondly, shake, strain, and pour into chilled martini glass.
Thirdly, top with Sparkling ICE Black Raspberry and garnish with fresh berries.
Last but not least, serve with fresh berries.
Sparkling Peppermint Swirl:
Serves 1 but is easily multiplied
Ingredients:
2 ½ oz. (approx. 75ml) Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
1.5 oz. (approx. 45ml) Vanilla flavoured vodka
1 oz. (approx. 30ml) Crème de menthe liquor
Directions:
Firstly, in a shaker, combine ice, vodka and crème de menthe and grenadine.
Secondly, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with crushed candy canes.
Thirdly, top with Sparkling ICE and garnish with a candy cane.
