Spring Has Sprung But The Jumpers Are Back Out!! Happy Friday, friends. So how are you today?

Hands up who has dug their jumpers out!? (both mine in the air!!). Spring has officially sprung, but it seems the sunshine has missed the memo, as the jumpers are making a swift return!

It has been so cold around here over the last few day. We have also seen all weather. Red hot sunshine to freezing cold snow. Crazy weather!!

Instead of the usual mild temperatures and blooming flowers, we’re greeted with brisk winds and an unexpected chill that has everyone digging through their wardrobe for warmer layers.

Spring Has Sprung But The Jumpers Are Back Out. I mentioned the other day, “Ne’er cast a clout ’til May be out!” my grandma always told me!!

Also, it is so true!! I thought when we got that beautiful weather that was it and it was going to be warmer. Boy was I wrong!!

Yesterday was my day off and eventually after months of wanting to go out somewhere nice for a walk, we eventually did get out.

While the days are getting longer and trees are blossoming, the cold snap has us reluctantly swapping out our light jackets for cosy sweaters.

Despite the season’s promise of warmth, this unpredictable weather is a reminder that spring can be full of surprises—sometimes including a frosty breeze!

We had a lovely walk around Bakewell. Just the husband and I. The kids are getting to old now to come out with us for the day! Even though they are on holiday from school for Easter.

We had a lovely day out. walking in the countryside. A nice coffee whilst walking up to the church where you can see for miles.

Red hot yummy fish and chips, which were so worth the wait for. Also, a nice cake to finish before heading home.

I adore this polka dot dress I am wearing here. It looks great with a red jumper, don’t you think?
