Spring is back now and hopefully that is the last we see of the snow. We have had some beautiful days over the weekend.
I made this sweet and yummy breakfast smoothie up before a 4 miles run and a spinning class this morning to keep my energy levels up.
This recipes makes up 1 serving
There is plenty and it is sweet enough to share between 2 people though.
Breakfast Smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 small banana
- 50g Blueberries
- 50g Strawberry crunch breakfast cereal
- 150ml natural yogurt
- 100ml Semi-skimmed milk (extra if you like your smoothie thinner)
What to do:
- Peel and slice your kiwi, peel and chop the banana, wash blueberries and pop all fruit into a smoothie maker or blender.
- Add strawberry crunch cereal, yogurt and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve straight away.
- Yummy.
