Strawberries, Peach And Banana Milkshake. How yummy!?
I mentioned a few days ago; how we love making smoothies. For us, it is the easiest way of getting most of your 5 a day fruit into your diet.
How To Make A Strawberries, Peach And Banana Milkshake:
What a great start to the day or perfect after going to the gym. A few fresh or frozen ingredients with milk also make’s the best treats.
100g Strawberries, hulled and stalks removed
1 large ripe peach, stone removed
2 small bananas, peeled and chopped
150 ml Skimmed milk
Wash, hull and remove the stalks to the strawberries. Wash and remove the stone to the peach and chop up into smaller pieces. Peel and chop the bananas.
Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend together until nice and smooth.
