I mentioned a few days ago; how we love making smoothies. For us, it is the easiest way of getting most of your 5 a day fruit into your diet.

What a great start to the day or perfect after going to the gym. A few fresh or frozen ingredients with milk also make’s the best treats.



How To Make A Strawberries, Peach And Banana Milkshake:


Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Wash, hull and remove the stalks to the strawberries. Wash and remove the stone to the peach and chop up into smaller pieces. Peel and chop the bananas.
  2. Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend together until nice and smooth.
  3. Delicious. Enjoy!
