Was a lovely treat to get back to the gym today. After a few days catching up on washing and a Bank Holiday weekend full of yummy food for my birthday. I admit to too many Krispy Kreme doughnuts, mmm delicious.
One thing that really made me want to hit the gym was a new workout tank top I got sent from Gym talk.

lovely top but im not sure i like the slogan, as there is a mention of "Skinny" , i think it would be better not to mention this word at all, people these days are too obsessed with the way the look and sometimes they chose wrong ways-anorexia and bulimia and this word is another reminder how tough it can be to be the same as celebrities-skinny
