Today is also Sunglasses Day #SunglassesDay. How cool. I love my sunglasses. Even though I only buy the cheapest ones! I am always losing mine or dropping them so I don’t want to buy any expensive ones and lose them, do I!?
Can you believe I travelled all the way to London yesterday, on the hottest day of the year so far and forgot to take my sunglasses? Doh! I did remember to take them alway with us to the coast though, a few weeks ago when we went to Skegness for a few days over the school holidays.
The Jolly Fisherman statue at Skegness train station always welcomes you once you arrive at the station.
I always remember to get a photo of him when we leave Skegness.
Love wearing a maxi dress when it is nice and warm.
A perfect dress to pack for the night away as they are cool and floaty when it is warm plus covers you up if it is cooler.

I usually have a few pairs of sunglasses tucked here and there because my eyes are really sensitive and water so easily in the sun. Plus I like different colors and styles to go with different outfits. We didn’t need them at all today though; it’s quite cloudy out.

Claire, I love “meeting” your mum! So beautiful. Your dress is lovely and of course sunglasses are the perfect accessory for nay summer outfit! I wear prescription sunglasses so mine end up costing a small fortune regardless…so I protect them like they are gold! And having very pale eyes, I cannot leave home without my sunnies…all year round!

I love the family shot so much! I have lots of sunglasses, but haven’t worn them in awhile. Bad I know. I feel like I should drive with glasses, but my glasses aren’t the type that have the sun protection. I have 20/20 vision, but my eyes are shaped different, so they get tired if I don’t wear them.

Nice photos Claire, I wear the transitions in with my prescription and a pair with a tint so don’t wear actual sunglasses your look nice
