My Sunday Photo was taken last week in Sherwood Pines. It is so lovely here. Have you ever been?
We were there so my husband and son could run Parkrun. One the run had started we went off to explore with Mollie. There is so much to see and do here, hidden among the trees.
We keep saying we will go up for a full day soon so we can all explore properly. Then we forget to make plans, like you do. Until we run another Parkrun and it is making plans to visit for the day again.
I went once on a very long bike ride with my friend. It was lovely riding through the cycle paths but I have never seen the log cabins yet. I can imagine it being great fun staying here.
My daughter always makes me laugh with the things she says and does. She is full of quick thinking answers to any questions and always has me in fits of laughter with the tings she does.
I asked her to pose for a picture and this is what she did!! Surprise, not a usual photo.
How cool are these trees?
Mollie can also run this Parkrun we have all ran it a few times and every few weeks lots of people run with their dogs too.
I would love to buy Mollie a proper dog harness so we can run more together too. She is after all one of my favourite running partners.
She is great running with me on trails like this but not good when cars are around near roads. She is so scared of cars she tries to chase them for some strange reason and round them up. It must be a Border Collie thing!?
