Sweet Potato Wedges With Worcester Dip. Hello friends. So how are you today?
How To Make Sweet Potato Wedges:

Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes
Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
Light soy sauce
Olive oil
Finely chopped chilli
Crème Fraiche
Sarson’s Worcester Sauce
How To Make:
1.) Firstly, peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges.
2.) Toss in a little Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, light soy sauce, olive oil and finely chopped chilli and roast in preheated oven at 200ºC for 40 minutes until golden.
3.) Last but not least, serve hot with a dip made by mixing equal quantities of Crème Fraiche and Sarson’s Worcester Sauce.
