So it is a it over cast weather today. Also a chance to wear my cosy tights I picked up in Primark a few weeks back. I have never seen any like this before they are like furry lined and very warm.

I also, picked this dress up at the same time reduced to £5.00. What a bargain? It is a little shorter than I though it would be so perfect with the thick tights on it’s perfect!!

In other news, I am getting back into my running. I started with a nice 10 miles yesterday and 5 today.

Trouble is my knee still hurts from fall over last week when running. Its no fun falling over when your getting older.

Off now to see what yummy breakfast I can have with the 590 extra calories I’ve earned. Best thing about running for me, more food!!
