The Big Blue Cockerel: Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop:
Today I am sharing some photos of The Big Blue Cockerel. The sculpture is in Trafalgar Square when we visited London.
Hahn/Cock is a sculpture of a giant blue cockerel by the German artist Katharina Fritsch.
It was unveiled in London’s Trafalgar Square on 25 July 2013.
Looks like we visited just at the right time.
How cool is this Trafalgar Square Statue? On the fourth plinth.
Designed to symbolise “regeneration, awakening and strength,” the cock will remain perched on the plinth until early 2015.
So what do you think? Bright and beautiful.
