Thrift Thursday: Red Tartan Dress And An Apple Dress. Happy Thursday. So how are you today? Yesterday was one of those wasted days where you get nothing much done. (I had so much to do too). Grr…

I went to an appointment with the nurse for a blood test at 7 am for a coeliac disease test as my Daughter was diagnosed with it earlier this year. Then we find out that we had to see the Doctor, even though the Nurse phoned us up to say we could have the gluten test a few weeks ago!

Then I had to go back down to the Doctors 3 hours later for a five-minute chat and make arrangments for another appointment for another day to have the blood test!!

Thrift Thursday: Red Tartan Dress And An Apple Dress:

Not an altogether wasted 3 miles walk round trip back to the Doctors again though as I picked up these beautiful dresses off the pound rail at the charity shop.

I had not been to the Charity shops in ages and was really pleased with my dresses. Dresses: Local Charity Shop £1.00 each!!

It was only because I saw something polka dotty from the window as I walked on by, that caught my eye so I decided to go in.

The polka dot top was too big for me but these were just the right size. Have you been to a charity shop lately? Have you picked up any bargains? They will look great with leggings and boots, don’t you think?

Yesterday was definitely coat and boot weather.

Brr not nice out there!!

Every time I see Mollie in her coat it makes me smile as she looks adorable.
