Time Spent With A Dog Is Never Wasted. Hello friends, so how are you today? I’m sure anyone who has a dog will agree!? Haha, of course you will 🙂 “Time Spent With A Dog Is Never Wasted”.
A Heartwarming Journey of Love and Joy. Finding moments of true happiness and connection might be a rare gift in a society where people lead fast-paced lives and have countless responsibilities. Despite this confusion, dog lovers have long recognised one obvious truth: time spent with a dog is never wasted.
Time Spent With A Dog Is Never Waste:
Mollie went on a nice big walk on with my Husband and Daughter on Saturday when me and my Son ran Parkrun, for the first time in a year. Here is Mollie gazing up to the camera, giving one of her sweet camera posing faces. I am on a mission to get fit again. I need to lose weight and gain muscle.
Even though I find it so much hard to get fit than I did 10 years ago. First goal to get back into running regularly again. I can’t believe it has been over a year since I last ran Parkrun. It only feels like a few months ago.
I stop running Parkrun because I was about 12 minutes behind my PB. A year later I’m still 12 minutes behind my PB but I’m not letting it stop me no more. I’m going to start chasing my running dreams instead of running away from them!! In the words of Nike; “Just Do It” !!
Last year when I ran Parkrun Mollie use to join in with me. This year I needed to just get back into racing again and not get in anyone’s way so she when off with my Daughter and Husband for a long walk instead.
Plus she had not done her business and I did not want to be stopping after 5 minutes to pick it up. Can you imagine how I would feel if she stopped in the middle of the path and everyone had to run around me!!
Hopefully next time she will run with me.

Dogs have a remarkable capacity to offer friendship and unconditional love. They can naturally comprehend human feelings, which makes them a reassuring presence in trying situations. They support us without passing judgement whether we are in a happy or sad mood, providing a strong and constant connection that is genuinely priceless.

It is so hard to lose weight once you hit 40—I’ve had 10 pounds creep up on me slowly, and yikes, is it tough to lose them. Thankfully you have a cute pup to take on runs, and that’s a good thing!

Yes it’s true. Mine started creping up on me at 40 but now at 46 it has turned into stones 🙁
So very true. Very nice. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
