How To Make Tomato Pops:
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Primula Light Cheese
- Chives – finely chopped
- Wooden Skewers (for decoration)
Method:
- Firstly, with a sharp knife cut a lid off the base of the tomatoes.
- With a small sharp knife cut the core out of each tomato and scrape out the seeds.
- Drain upside down on kitchen paper.
- Fill the tomatoes with Primula Light Cheese straight from the tube.
- Insert a wooden skewer into the stalk end of the tomato.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Last but not least, stand them in a glass, depending on the size of your Wooden Skewers.

I adore photographing wildlife, but no matter how near they are, I can never capture a clear shot of them. In addition, I believe my hand shakes when I push the click button!! When is the last time you had a squirrel approach you to see if you have any food? Or witness a heron standing by your side anywhere else!? We don’t have any where I live, to be honest.
