Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion. Hello friends, so how are you today? I am really getting fed up of the rain now, when will it stop?

Everywhere is flooded round here and some real damage has been caused. Not good.

Not last Saturday but the Saturday before my daughter and I took a trip to London in search of some clothes she had been looking at online. It was very cold, but dry. So all was good!!

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion:

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion. We have only been to London on our own a few times, with me navigating and not my husband, so a big challenge laid ahead.

She wanted to go and visit a shop on Oxford Street called Bershka that sells a collection of Billy Eilish clothing range.

Firstly, the up early on a cold morning, trying to dress nice but stay warm look. Not the best look but I was warm and cozy!!

Trying to look full of excitement and life so early in the am!!

It was also a long day as we up at 5 am to get ready for a day out. Going to London is always an exciting day out so you do not mind getting up early, really.

So many fun things to see and do.

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion

First stop after 2 train rides, we arrive at St. Pancreas International. And what an amazing station this is.

At St. Pancras International Station, the stunning statue of two people, known as “The Meeting Place,” stands as a focal point, capturing the spirit of connection and travel.

A photo op, every time we come here, awaits.

I love looking around every little detail of this station, too!

The walls, ceilings and lighting are stunning.

So much to detail to see.

Always love arriving into St Pancreas International Station. Such a beautiful place to look around. I could spend all day in here too.

So if you missed the bottom of the statue, next time you arrive, make sure you take a closer look. As it is simply amazing too.

Now onto our trip.

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion:

After a bit of a panic in catching the right tube we arrived in Oxford Street and guess what?

No hunting for miles to find the shop my daughter wanted. It was a few shops away from the tube station!! So good!! How lucky were we? We could have been hunting for hours, knowing us two!!

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion

And lucky for me!! my daughter found what she wanted straight away. So no bad mood here.

My Daughter loved the shop and I also treated her to some new clothes.

She did love this hoodie but then decided white was perhaps not the best colour as she love chocolate milkshakes!!

So she went for a black t-shirt and hoodie from the Billy Eilish collection at Bershka.

I did also treat myself to my first Alice in Wonderland thing for my Alice themed dinning room.

A lovely Cheshire Cat from Alice In Wonderland, found in The Disney Shop. (Turns out I did get a cold too!!).

Next Stop:

Gluten-Free Donuts Of Course From Selfridges. A trip to Selfridges for some gluten free donuts for my Daughter.

I did manage to resist their cheesecakes although they looked amazing.

I think I was full up carrying all my Daughters bags around Oxford street. It wasn’t until she started shopping and asked me to hold her bag that I realised how heavy her own bag was.

I think she took the kitchen sink with us that day as it was so heavy!

She said she took lots of game for us to play on the train but it was standing only on the way there and we were to tired to play cards etc on the way back from humping this heavy bag between us, around all day.

So next time we go I am going to make sure she only takes her phone and money!! We can play some fun made other games, like eye spy!!

It’s beginning to look a bit like Christmas, everywhere you go!!

A selfie outside Selfridges in London. I love everything about this place and try to visit every time we go to this part of London.

My Daughter’s loves her special gluten-free donuts from here. Imagine going in here and being able to afford to buy whatever you wanted!!

Dream, dream dream.

Trip To London In The Name Of Fashion. One happy spoilt girl. My mini me. My daughter is also hiding behind all her treats. So fun.

Our trip to London in the name of fashion was an unforgettable adventure, especially with my daughter by my side. So many fun memories made. For years to come. After all, no one remembers the day before when you are stuck inside when it is raining!!

The highlight of our day was exploring the iconic Oxford Street, known for its endless array of shops.

We were on a mission to find Bershka, a trendy store that carries a special collection from Billie Eilish, one of my daughter’s favorite artists. Where we found it. As we first got of the tube and walked down the bustling street. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city, we spotted the store.

Inside, the racks were filled with bold, edgy pieces from the Billie Eilish collection, and my daughter’s excitement was contagious as she browsed through her favorite items, making it a stylish and memorable mother-daughter experience.

This sounds like a lovely day out. I haven’t been to London for a few years, I love a wander round Selfridges. It always seems to rain when I go, hence I get soaked. Loved the photographs.
