A few weeks ago when the children were off school and the Husband was off work we took a train ride to Newstead in Nottinghamshire. We love to take a walk around here. It is such a beautiful part of Nottinghamshire. Walk Around Newstead Abbey.

Sunday Runday: Newstead Abbey:

Not much running this week. I am still in pain from my fall when I was out running 2 weeks ago. This week my running has taken a back seat .Just a 2 miles run on Monday and a 3 miles race on Saturday. The race was not good when you are in pain!! Sunday Runday: Newstead Abbey.
