Hope your having a lovely Wednesday?
I have been back at the gym today after a few weeks away. First it was the school holiday keeping me from going, then last week I got a really bad cold. Today I felt like I was starting again.
Just over a mile run with my dog Mollie after the school run, felt like really hard work so I booked in 2 classes at the gym to make me exercise!!
A 45 minute body pump class and a 45 spinning class did the job!! After the bike ride home and a bar of chocolate I felt good again!
How quickly is this month going?
I wore this outfit over the school holiday when we went to see out eldest 2 sons at Uni. These patent boots are so sweet, kept my feet nice and dry in the rain, also I can run in them as I ran about half a mile in them to catch the train!! Or it would have been another hour to wait!

I wore this dress that I forgotten about. I love this, it has to be my favourite style. Then wore it a few day later and my daughter said ” why do you always where that dress?” Haha, she notice then..
