What I Wore: Minnie Mouse T-shirt And Cropped Jeans.

Hello friends, how are you today?

All good, I hope?

What I Wore: Minnie Mouse T-shirt And Cropped Jeans

What I Wore: Minnie Mouse T-shirt And Cropped Jeans:

The only trouble with having jeans with holes in the knee is that I am always rushing to get dressed and end up putting my foot through!!

Grrr….

Loving this Spring weather we are having, the sunshine really does put you in a good mood, there is is a chill in the air though to remind us Spring is not quite here yet.

Last Thursday I got up to 14 miles on my run and was feeling really pleased but every time I push myself harder it knocks me down with a bang.

This week has been a struggle again with my running and there are only 24 days 2 hours andΒ 33 minutes till my marathon race day (when posted this post!!) Not that I’m counting or anything ;).

I really need my name putting on my vest this year.

It is no fun running a marathon when others have their name on theirs and everyone is cheering them on an not you!!

Lucky for me I did get to run along side some Claire’s!!

This year I am just going to enjoy the race, all the people in it last year and I ran around feeling sorry for myself by going to fast maybe and hurting my knees half way!

Thinking of taking my phone with me to do some pictures and see if I can spot any famous people this time around.

Haha! I thought I was the only who always put my foot through the hole in the knee! You can't go wrong with a graphic tee/jeans/sneakers combo!Debbie

You look fab as ever!Good luck with the marathon this year, I look forward to reading about it. Take your phone and just enjoy it! You know you can do it and maybe you'll do it quicker this year or maybe you won't. As long as you finish in one piece, that's all that matters! x

Oh wow, I'd love to run a marathon but I'm not sure how much time I'd have to train for it, realistically!I'm thinking about doing a half in autumn. What's your min/mile like? Mine's pretty rubbish and I'm trying to improve it!Corinne xwww.skinnedcartree.com

Hi Corinne, thanks. My minutes per mile pace would be around 9 mins a mile for a half marathon but with my knees going over long time running distance I am aiming for 12 mins a mile for the marathon. hoping to just get round ok this year πŸ™‚
