How To Make Super Green Pumpkin Pesto.

  • Blender


  • 70g parmesan grated (or vegan alternative)
  • 30g basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2tbsp Meridian pumpkin seed butter
  • 75ml olive oil


  • Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.


This makes quite a thick pesto, add more olive oil if you want it thinner, however you like it best.
