Serves 1

Ingredients:

  •  2 Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 30g granola or sugar-free muesli
  • 1 pot of coconut yogurt
  • Coconut flakes to decorate

How To Make:

  1. Place the Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Place the granola in a glass, spoon over the yogurt, top with the Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit and decorate with toasted coconut (or chopped dried apricots).
