I tried A Zumba CLASS earlier this year and I was totally hooked. After my first class I went home and told my Husband I loved it that much I want to be a Zumba teacher!!

He just raised an eyebrow and thought ” It is another fad I am going through”. I went back again and again to the classes for around six weeks. The problem was; it was not  just me who loved Zumba!!

Everyone who went to the class loved it!! As a result the classes got too large to cope with demand leaving us having to book weeks in advance. Who knows what they will be doing in 2 weeks time?

The class was so full you did not have much space leaving you just guessing what the Zumba teacher was doing!? If you missed a move you were worried about getting and getting someone’s hand in your face!! So I decided to quit the class, to my disappointment!!

After month’s of wondering if I should find another Zumba class locally, I got the change to review the Zumba Fitness DVD kit. Perfect. Zumba in the comfort of your own home!! How cool!?

    This game gives me a great sweat! Its really easy for beginners, as I had never done Zumba prior. At the end of the 20 minute workout, I'm drenched in sweat but didn't even notice cause I was having fun! There are 20, 45, and 60 minute workouts ranging from beginner to expert. I recommend this game to anyone that wants to get their heart pounding while having fun dancing!

    I would highly recommend this, and recommend you wear hip-hop shoes (like the Bloch S0538L sneakers), and as few clothes as possible- each time I try to do this in a tshirt, I end up having to put on a tank by the end of the workout. Get ready to sweat and work your butt off- and you'll be well on your way to needing hip replacement surgery after all this latin dancing!!

    Claire is so nice to hear your voice; you are so poise and proper!I speak with my hands moving all over the place (very latino style) and I'm also a bit loud.I'm as well impressed with your feet and hips movement; you do have very nice rhythm.

    I loved your outtakes when the music started and you began dancing, lol!I tried that basic steps demo that you posted above and girl! I discovered how uncoordinated I am.I have never tried Zumba but a friend of mine loves it. She lost 50 pounds and it really toned her up too.
